January/February Gym Challenge

Quickest time on the Stepper at either:
Beginners level - 6,
Intermdiate level - 12
or
Advanced level - 18
then instead of a 5mile bike ride we challenge you to do 5 laps of our track on the bike.
Please contact a member of staff to take part in this challenge. All results will be recorded and the top male and female will receive a prize.
