Challenge of the month

This months challenge will be death by burpees! A slow starting exercise that gets more intense and is a great way of testing your muscle endurance and cardio strength.


Start off and do 1 burpee in the first minute. Then in the 2nd minute, do 2. Keep adding on one burpee per minute until you literally cannot do any more!


Its easy at first.......but you'll see!
