Challenge of the month

The bench press challenge is:


Aim to complete 100 reps with out putting the bar down.


You are aloud to rest at the top of the exercise but only for a max of 10 seconds.


To be done on a flat bench with free weights not Smith Machine.


25kg barbell for men & 15Kg barbell for women.
