Challenge of the month

Standing on one leg, draw your other leg so the knee is bent and the sole of you shoe is resting on the inside of the standing leg.


Hold your arms out to the side and then close you eyes. No peaking.


Maintain your centre of balance for as long as possible.


A good time is a round the 2 minute mark.
