Challenge of the month
The aim of this challenge is to test the muscular strength and endurance in your upper body. In a press up position, on toes, not knees, lower your body nearly to the floor and then push up so your elbows stay slightly bent. Make sure abdominals are held in and back is kept straight and remember to inhale and exhale. The person who completes the most amount of press ups wins a 25 mins back, neck and shoulder massage.
