Challenge of the month

This month we would like to see who can complete the most tricep dips without stopping.


The aim of this challenge is to test the muscular strength in your upper body.


Starting with straight arms, hands on the bench and feet on the floor, lower your body to the lowest part of a tricep dip position and push back up to the starting position.  Make sure your arms form right angles at the elbows when at the lowest point, back is kept straight and remeber to inhale and exhale.


The person who completes the most tricep dips without stopping wins a 25 minute treatment.
