Challenge of the month

This gym challenge helps to help kick start your metabolism after the festive period, 2 rounds of 3 exercises, each exercise is 1minute 30 seconds long with a 45 seconds rest between.  Count the calories on the rower and the number of completed reps on the Kettlebell swings and Squats, add them all together and you have your score.

Each exercise is only 90 seconds long! So 100% effort should be thrown in to get the best score!

Ask a member of staff to help with the counting and timing, or as the workout is quite short feel free to add this to your current gym plan.
