Squat Jump Challenge


You will need a stopwatch/timer.


Simply complete 10 Squat Jumps in succession, rest for 40 seconds and repeat.


Aim to complete this 10 times.


Not only will you build great leg strength, it is also an excellent endurance exercise too!
