Challenges

Challenge of the month

The European Food Safety Authority(EFSA) recomends an intake of 2.5 litres of water for men and 2.0 litres of water for women, per day. This months challange is to see if you can reach these goals and drink these amounts of water daily (more if you are exercising). If you do studies have shown that you will be less prone to headaches, cardiovascluar problems and digestive illness. SO LETS STAY HYDRATED!
