Week 2 - Fat Burner


Repeat the following exercises 5 times


20 Jump Squats

15 Press Ups (use knees if needed)

25 Mountain Climbers

15 Burpees

25 Jumping Lunges


Week 3 - Squat Set


Use a comfortable yet challenging weight on the barball, 4 sets 10 reps wide stance 20 reps close stance.


Week 4 - Total Abs


20 Crunches

20 Leg Raises

20 Flutter Kicks

60 Second  Plank
