Week 1

Front Raise

 

Hold a 10kg plate in front of you with your ars straught for 2 minutes (It's considered the minimum for F1 drivers... Who said they weren't real sportsmen?)

 

Week 2

Goblet Squat and Press

 

Begin holding the plate tight to your chest.

Sit back into a squat position.

Stand up while pressing the plate to the ceiling.

Lower the plate to your chest and repeat.

 

Week 3

HIIT Circuit

 

15 Burpees

15 Jump Squats

15 Push Ups

15 Mountain Climbers

60 Second Plank

Week 4

Rowing Challenge

 

75% MAX Effort
