Worsley Park, A Marriott Hotel & Country Club, offers fantastic Health and Fitness facilities set in 200 acres of natural woodland. The country club opened in 1998 and is now regarded as one of the most prestigious country clubs in Greater Manchester. With our own 18-hole championship golf course, we are situated only minutes from the motorway network and seven miles from the heart of Manchester City Centre. Nearby attractions include; Manchester United football ground (Old Trafford), the MEN Arena and the Trafford Shopping Centre to name a few. We would like to welcome everyone to the Spa of Sesnes at Worsley Park. We have four treatments rooms so are able to deal with large groups such as birthdays, team building or hen party's. We also have a relaxation area where you can sit and chill out before or after your treatments. Magazines and chilled water is available to make your visit even more relaxing. We offer a wide range of treatments from manicures to body cocoon. We also offer a wide range of pampering day packages which allow you use of the Leisure facilities as well as a selection of treatments. We also stock a range of popular branded prodcuts such as MD formulations, St. Tropez, Decleor, Jessica plus many more. We welcome all clinets; Leisure Club Members, hotel residents, non-members, the local community and those who wish to travel a little further. David Screeton is our Head Professional here at Worsley Park and he offers both private lessons and group lessons. INDIVIDUAL LESSONS - "The benefit of 1:1 lessons is building up that rapport with your coach. All golfers respond better in a relaxed learning enviroment". £25 per 30 minute lesson (MEMBER) £60 for 1.5 hour playing lesson (MEMBER) £35 per 30 minute lesson (NON-MEMBER) £80 for 1.5 hour playing lesson (NON-MEMBER) GROUP LESSONS - "The Marriott Golf Teaching Programme is group tuition that we run each Saturday throughout the year. Our Life Fitness Cardio equipment is equipped with there own LCD televison screens attached so you can watch a selction of normal channels, music channels or Sky Sports channels - just bring your headphones. Whether your goal is weight loss, improving fitness, improving stamina, or training for a marathon our cardio equipment will help you do that. we have nine Cross Trainers, sixteen Treamills, five Rowing Machines, fourteen Bikes and three Steppers. All of our intructors are fully qualified to show you exactly how to use all this kit and will put a programme togetehr for you to help you maximise on your workouts.

We have a well equiped Techno Gym resistance area for that full body work out. Whether your looking to tone, build, strenghen or condition, all our equipment will help you do that. Our instructor will help you to maximise your work out on each piece of kit and will even demonstrate and work with you to ensure your tenchnique is correct.
