Ladies' and Gentlemen's changing rooms, with lockers and towels provided on a complimentary basis.  A steam room is located within each changing room.

Facilities provided include a swimming costume dryer and wet kit bags.

Body Stat Check (approx 15 minutes): £15

An in-depth analysis of your body composition. When you step onto the scales you see your overall weight of fat, muscle, bones ligaments etc. This assessment will measure how much body fat and lean weight you have and whether or not you are within the desirable range.

This assessment is not recommended during pregnancy or if you have a pace-maker.

Fitness Assessment (1hr 15 mnutes): £50

Our qualified fitness instructors offer expert advice and personal consultations to assist you in reaching  your fitness aims and goals.

The Fitness Assessment reviews your medical history, your attitude, perspective and outlook on life.

This assessment will also give you an in-depth analysis of your body's current level of fitness including: blood pressure, resting heart rate, lung power, grip strength, body fat percentage, one minute abdominal and press up tests, flexibility.

Selection of swimwear, retail products and branded clothing including Reebok, Speedo and Zoca is available from Leisure Reception.

Golf equipment and clothing is available at the Golf Shop.
