My passion for training started from a young age, I spent years watching my dad train and keep fit, which made me want to join in. he bought me my first weight set at 13 and since then my passion for training has flourished. I have tried several variations of training over the years, with the main ones being strength, toning and endurance, my personal favourite is strength and conditioning and core as a specific area. I have also trained for running events such as 5km,10km, half marathon and full marathon, using various training methods to build speed, stamina and running strength. If you are looking specifically for training towards running events, I can most certainly help you!
