London County Hall Club - Our team

John Attard, Director of Leisure

My passion in life has and always will be fitness and well-being. Studying at Bristol UWE, I have a degree in Sport Business Management. I have over eight years of experience working within the leisure and fitness industry, managing a range of high end chains with different operators. Coming from a sports background, I have grown up playing rugby and have been lucky enough to represent my country, Malta, in the European Championship in 2010. I have a love for mixed martial arts and currently I am training in Japanese and Brazilian Ju Jitsu.

Lucas Novi, Operations Manager

Experienced leisure and health club manager with five years working across commercial leisure, higher education and hospitality sectors. I was exposed to the fitness industry at a young age with two parents who worked as personal trainers, so it was natural that I would move into the field myself, first completing a degree in sport and exercise sciences at the University of Leeds before beginning my progression through leisure management.

Michela Gerace, Membership Administrator

I joined Marriott County Hall in February as a receptionist. This position gave me the opportunity to prove myself and taught me how to manage the reception exclusively. In addition as a new path in my career at Marriott I am taking responsibility for administration and clerical duties in the office. In my spare time I like going out with friends, reading and traveling.

James Gore, Studio Coordinator & Personal Trainer

I have been passionate about fitness since 2005 where I stumbled upon a documentary called Jump London about parkour & freerunning and commenced training later that summer. Since 2007 I’ve studied Sport & Exercise Science, grown to become a course tutor, coach, personal trainer & performance athlete working with MTV, Channel 4, BBC, Discovery Channel, London 2012 & Roehampton University.

Raphael Ugochukwu, Personal Trainer

I am a fitness instructor and a keen personal trainer with Marriott County Hall since 2010, but I have been in the health and fitness industry for 18 years. My passion steam from strength and core conditioning, postural alignment, HIIT training to one-to-one boxing training. I am very enthusiastic and my attention to detail in the area of correct training technique is exceptional. My hobbies range from gospel music to spending time with family and friends.

Rion Sutherland, Personal Trainer

I work as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. I undertake the general operations of the fitness club, pool responder and personal training. Currently, I have been a trainer for six years with three months experience at Marriott County Hall. I have a passion for helping others to achieve their goals as I have previously helped a client drop two dress sizes in the space of three months. Outside the gym I enjoy spending leisure time with friends and family.

Yassine Chtioui, Membership Advisor

I am the new membership advisor at Marriott County Hall, I have worked in the leisure industry since 2014. With an excellent customer services record, I am passionate about my work and I am always willing to go the extra mile. A people's person who is always happy to help. I am multilingual and fluent in French English and Arabic. In my free time I play squash and I like to improve my culture knowledge reading wikipedia and watching documentaries.

Agnes Goralska, Leisure Club Assistant

I have been working at Marriott County Hall for thirteen years. Being in Marriott has largely expanded my abilities and responsibilities. This ranges from training the cleaning team, auditing the team to reception desk assistance. I enjoy my job because it gives me the opportunity to create personal connections with the members. In my free time I like gardening and reading.

Katerina Kritikou, Leisure Club Receptionist

I work at Marriott County Hall as a leisure receptionist. I was always interested in learning foreign languages and meeting new people. I recently moved from Athens to London in search of a career path and as of now this position has allowed me to experience the hospitality industry in the best way possible. It has helped me acquire a lot of managing and organising skills and in the future I would like to pursue a hospitality degree. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, travelling and listening to music.
