Get better results

It is proven that working to a regular programme prescribed by a Qualified instructor will get better results than training alone. It is vital that every 4-6 weeks you adjust your programme to prevent your body becoming used to a routine. An instructor can add variety to your workout including core stability and strength work. As well as planning cardio exercise that can improve your heart and lung function and give you much needed energy at this time of year. Orientaion and programme prescription are free for all members and is available throughout January. Please call the club or ask for availability on your next visit.
