Guest Pass Offer

Dear Member,

We are aware over the last couple of weeks we have had issues regarding the reliability of our spa and steam room. We are working hard to resolve these issues and replacement parts have been ordered. As a gesture of goodwill and apology we are offering one guest pass per member to claim as compensation for these faults. Please see Jess our Membership Advisor who has a list of entitled members and update on claimed passes. We appreciate your understanding and aim to get all items in full working order as soon as possible.
