Febuary Exercise of the Month

Toe Squats

Target - Legs, bum, core

- Stand with feet shoulder width apart, holding a medicine ball or dumbell in both hands straight out in front of you.

- Squatting down, keeping your heels on the floor, then rise, lifting up onto your toes. Lower back down to a standing position. This is one rep.
