Exercise of the Month June



This is an excellent total body workout move.

Equiptment - Choose between kettlebells, dumbells or a bar bell.

Target Areas - Lower Body, Core, Upper Body


Squat down and then on the upward return phase push the arms upwards and press the weight overhead. Pause, return to neutral and repeat.

3 sets of 10-12 reps. 60seconds rest between Sets.
