Body Step - Class of the Month




Body Step is for all levels of fitness, the class starts with a simple fun warm up and cardio training, which makes up the heart fitness block. The intensity of the class can be varied by simply changing the height of your step.


BODY STEP classes are 55 minutes long and can burn up to 620 calories! The improvements you will see from regular attendance will be imcreased heart and lung efficiency, better agility and co-ordination and increased strength and endurance
