Stability Ball Jack-Knife
Body Target - Core, Legs
- Get into a press-up position with your ankles on a swiss ball.
- Keeping your hips down pull your knees up to your chest, pulling the ball in towards you.
- Push your feet away again without letting your hips drop.
For Begginers - the wider you position your feet, the more stable you'll be and the easier you'll fing this move.
