Exercise of the Month - June

This move works your whole body in one fell swoop.

  • Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and hold your hands together above your left shoulder with your arms straight.
  • Squat down and rotate your upper bodyto your right while simultaneously dropping your arms, keeping them straight, until they pass your right knee.
  • Hold the squat for a few seconds, then push through your heels to return to standing, taking your straight arms back up to the start position above your left shoulder.
  • Repeat for 15 reps, then switch sides.

Top Tip

For added intensity try this with a medicine ball.
