Are you looking to shed the pounds this year? Got a New Year resolution you really want to stick to?

 

With the help of our Trainers and Leisure Team, we are wanting to help you! We are proposing starting as soon as we can, the idea is to lose as much body weight % (a safe amount) as possible in the 3 month program!

 

We will meet up with you once a week and do weekly weigh-ins to calculate your weight reduction through the course.
