Start your weekend with this super healthy Pear & Mango Smoothie.

If green leafy vegetables aren’t your idea of fun then this is a perfect way to sneak them into your diet.

All you need is a large pear, 1 cup of frozen mango, 2 handfuls of ...spinach, 2 stalks kale and a cup of water blended together until smooth.

Feel free to add any additional ingredients such as protein powder and play around with the ratios to suit your tastes.
