Bootcampers are you ready?

Bootcamp is now in full swing.  Come and join us!

 

These intense group exercise sessions can be adapted to all fitness levels and are perfect for weight loss and overall fitness. They will challenge every muscle in your body and assist you in achieving the results you want while you have fun exercising! 

 

Classes will be held every Monday and Wednesday evening from 6.30pm - 7.30pm with more class days to be announced at a later stage!  

  

Attend your first class for FREE! So come tackle the battle ropes, heave-ho the sand bags, drag the sled or speed over the mini hurdles in this fun and exhilarating NEW Marriott Bootcamp!
