Why you should eat your greens!

  • Spinach is packed full of vitamins K, A, C, folic acid, magensium, iron and B2.
  • Can be eaten both raw or cooked although cooked spinach is more beneficial than raw spinach as the body is not able to completely digest the nutrients in raw spinach
  • Spinach can be added to smoothies, sauces, pasts, sandwiches, soups, omelettes and curries as a healthy alternative to add nutrients to meals or as a healthy replacemnt of meat.
