Tip of the month for healthy foods intake is nuts! Buy a bag of unsalted raw nuts, without any artificial aditives and flavourings and your body will be nourished with some essential fats and minerals.

 

Walnuts, cashews, brazilian nuts, hazelnuts, peanuts and any other nut you can think of. Add a bit of dried cranberries and you are equipped with a healthy snack you can take with you anywhere!
