Enjoy a healthy fruit smoothie ice lollie

Us here at Marriott Leisure hope you are enjoying the lovely sunny weather we have had this past week because we sure have been! Here is a easy recipe that means you can cool down with a refreshing healthy ice lollie.


  • 8 large strawberries - chopped
  • 1 large ripe banana - chopped up
  • 120 grams fat free Greek lemon yogurt, (1/2 cup)
  • 3 tablespoons skimmed milk

All you have to do is blend all the ingredients together until you have a smooth mixture and poor them into ice lollie moulds and leave to freeze for 4 hours.


A very easy recipe that can be used as a snack or a nice light dessert. We hope you enjoy.
