Fit tip of the week

It’s that time of year again when we are making new year’s resolutions, here is my top 3 tips to get you prepped for New Year training whether it be for fat loss Building muscle or all-round general fitness.

1 Always have a plan, A bad plan is better than NO plan

2 Preparation is Vital, Fail to prepare, Prepare to fail.

3 If you train, eat better, tell yourself you can do it, surround yourself with people who are doing it. You'll do it too.
