Get a strong core with this simple exercise!


Heres how to preform an ab rollout.

  1. kneel down and place the ab roller in front of you.
  2. place both hands on the roller.
  3. roll forward stretching your srms above your head and contracting your abs.
  4. hold this position for 2-3 seconds
  5. Return to the start position.
