From Monday 9th January 2017 we will be launching a new timetable for the studio.

9:30-10:30 - Pilates 

18:00-18:25 - Beginners Indoor Cycling

18:30-18:55 - Advanced Indoor Cycling

19:00-20:00 - Bokwa

 

Tuesday

11:00-12:00 - Yoga

18:00-18:25 - HIIT

18:30-18:55 - Advanced HIIT

19:00-20:00 - Zumba

 

Wednesday

18:00-18:25 - Beginners Indoor Cycling

18:30-18:55 - Advanced Indoor Cycling

19:15-19:45 - Express Core

 

Thursday

10:30-11:30 - Body Conditioning

18:00-19:00 - Yoga

19:00-20:00 - Body Conditioning Pump

 

Friday

9:30-10:30 - Tai Chi
