New Studio Timetable Launch.

 

From Monday 1st ay 2017 we will be launching a new timetable for the studio.

The booking system remians the same; please do speak to a member of staff to book a space onto a class or if you require any other information.

18:30-19:00 - Indoor Cycling - With Clare

19:00-20:00 - Bokwa - With Clare

 

Tuesday

11:00-12:00 - Yoga - With Carla

18:00-18:30 - HIIT- With Dan

18:30-19:00 - Advanced HITT - With Dan
