Gym Based Circuits

Due to demand Gym Based Circuits will continue from 22nd June 17.

Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. You get the benefits of muscle building and toning along with an intense cardio workout.

Classes will be every Thursday during May at 10.15 - 11.00am. This new class is FREE for members and £10 for non-members/hotel guests.

Class size is limited to 8 people so please book your space at the fitness reception desk. Appropriate gym wear and shoes are required.
