New Class

Here at the Cardiff Marriott  Fitness Club we will be adding a class to our weekly timetable.


We are launching a running club which will be hosted by Toby.


This will be a 30 to 40 minute class taking in the sights and popular running routes around Cardiff.


It will be for all standards to start with or for anyone who wishes to take up running or entering a 10km/half marathon.


The club will run from March to November. During the Off months, Toby will help plan the training in the gym to ensure your mileage is kept up.
