Prone back extension on Swiss ball

1.Lying on the Swiss ball face down, raise your chest off the ball and bring your arms out to the side with elbows bent.

2.Squeeze back the shoulder blades and pull the elbows towards the body.

3.Keep your glutes tight and maintain a stable base throughout.

4.To start the movement, relax your chest over the ball so your thoracic spine goes into flexion.

5.Raise your chest off the ball and extend your thoracic spine.

6.Try to get your chest as high off the ball as possible, whilst keeping the glutes tight.
