Dumbbell chest fly

1.Lying on a bench take the dumbbells to the chest.

2.Press the dumbbells straight up above the chest and have the palms facing towards each other.

3.Take the dumbbells out to the side of the body, keeping a slight bend in the elbow throughout.

4.Take the arms parallel to the floor, keeping a slight bend in the elbows.

5.When returning to the start position, bring the arms together.
