Exercise technique

Seated dumbbell curl and press on Swiss ball

1.Whilst seated on the ball take the dumbbells to your side

2.Perform a curl to chest and then bring the dumbbells out to shoulder height

3.Perform a shoulder press and extend the arms fully

4.Bring the dumbbells back to the shoulders and then return them to the side

5.Take them down slowly to ensure you maintain stability on the ball
