Beginners Yoga Class

We have introduced a new class for members interested in doing Yoga.

This is a 3 week introduction to yoga basics.

It will be held on Sunday 18th February from 11am-11.45am and will run for the following 2 Sundays. This class is designed for beginners that have not done Yoga before but would like to try it and learn the basics.

 

You can book the class 48 hours prior to the day of the class.
