Dead Lift, Curl to Press with Dumbbells

1.Starting with the dumbbells by your sides sit back in the hips.

2.Push the bum towards the floor and back at the same time.

3.Maintain a neutral spine throughout.

4.As you stand up start to curl the dumbbells towards the chest.

5.Once they reach the chest perform and shoulder press.

6.Press the dumbbells above the head, extending the elbows.

7.Bring the dumbbells back to the chest and then down to the side of the body to get ready for the next repetition
