Did you know we all should be active to maintain physical and mental wellbeing.


Maintaining an active lifestyle can help drastically reduce your risk of developing cardiovascular diseases such as cancer, type II diabetes and obesity.


Getting active doesn't mean you need to go out of your way to exercise. Simple changes such as getting off at the bus stop earlier and walking the rest of the journey, cycling to work or even using the stairs instead of the lift can make a huge difference.  


It doesn't matter if you walk, jog, run or cycle just get moving!
