We have recently added gym challenge chalk boards to our gym!
Each month we will introduce a new challenge for both cardio and weights.
Weight Challenge - June - Heaviest Bench Press and Heaviest Back Squat
Cardio Challenge - June - Quickest 5km Run and Quickest 5km cycle.
Why not try to challenge the rest?
Have a go anytime throughout June and see how you get on against the rest of the members.
