New Classes

From the 3rd August, we will have a new additions to our studio timetable -

 

Monday -           Circuit 14.30 - 15.00

 

Wednesday -     Circuit 14.30 - 15.00

 

Friday -              Circuit 14.30 - 15.00

                          Circuit 17.45 - 18.15

 

 

These short 30 minute classes focus on high intensity with minimal rest.
