The Rowing Challenge

One of the best ways to get fit and toned is to utilise the rowing machine within the club. It is a complete cardio vascular workout that works the upper and lower body. Focus areas are upper back, biceps, legs and abs. It is none weight bearing so will lessen strains to joints and will leave you feeling stronger and fitter with regular use. There are many disfferent functions on the Concept 2 including race, pace and time challenges. Within the club to promote this excellent piece of fitness equipment we are challenging members to participate in a 5k rowing challenge. Please see the Challenges section on our club home page.
